Family Appointments & Booking FAQs

Common questions about booking your family photography session

When is the best time to get a family session done?

It’s always a good time to get your family photographed. You can get a photography session done at any stage — from newborns to fully grown adults, we photograph families of all ages.

How early should I reach out to book my family shoot?

We recommend that you book your session at least a month in advance to find a desirable date.

I have more than two children, can I book a family shoot?

Of course! We are more than happy to have your older child or children join the session. Our Family Setup includes 2 parents and 1 child. Please note that there is an additional charge of ₹4,995 per child per setup. in your final deliverables.

Can I add grand parents to the family shoot?

Yes, we highly recommend adding grand parents to your session. You can add an individual to the shoot for Rs. 8000 + GST and this also includes an extra edited photo worth Rs. 3000 + GST. It will cost Rs. 16000 + GST to add 1 pair of grand parents, and this will add 2 extra edited photos to your family package.

Is it possible to reschedule my photoshoot, either earlier or later than the original date?

Yes, we do permit rescheduling your session once, 7 days before your scheduled appointment. Last minute rescheduling is not allowed.

What is the procedure for cancelling my scheduled photoshoot?

If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 7 days notice, or 14 days notice if your booking falls on a Saturday. Upon cancellation, your deposit will be retained as a credit which you can use within the next 6 months. Kindly note that deposits are non-refundable.

What happens if I arrive late for my scheduled photoshoot?

We kindly ask that you be punctual for your appointment, as our studio operates on a tight schedule. If you anticipate a delay of 10–15 minutes, please contact us to check our availability. Delays of more than 30 minutes without prior notice may result in the cancellation of your session and forfeiture of your deposit. Aiming to arrive 20 minutes prior to your session time can help accommodate any unforeseen delays.

What payment methods do you accept, such as bank transfers, UPI, cards, or cash?

We offer a variety of payment options. For online transactions, we accept UPI, bank transfers, Google Pay and Paytm. We can also send a payment link on request. For in-studio payments, we welcome domestic debit/credit cards and cash. Please note that we are unable to process international credit or debit cards at this time.

Will I receive a GST invoice for my photoshoot? Can I receive a GST Invoice in the name of my business?

We will provide a GST invoice for the services you’ve utilised. Our services typically include 18% GST. We only issue invoices in the name of an individual for personal shoots like family sessions, as they are considered personal services. Business GST invoices are reserved for commercial shoots. Please contact us for further clarification.

Are you available for outdoor, at-home, or out-of-town photoshoots?

Certainly! We can provide custom packages for out-of-studio shoots starting at Rs. 2 Lac + GST. Please don’t hesitate to call or WhatsApp us for further information or to discuss your specific needs.

Session Terms

Please refrain from using mobile phones or personal cameras for photography or videography during the session to ensure the best experience.

The remaining balance, including any additional purchases, is kindly requested to be settled before leaving the studio.

Keep in mind that photo colors may look slightly different on various screens or printers.

Anega Bawa Photography will take care of all the creative details to ensure a beautiful session.

For your peace of mind, please back up your digital files after delivery.

Sessions are scheduled to be completed on the same day to ensure the best outcome.

While we take every precaution, we cannot be responsible for any injury or property damage during your session.

We ask that you avoid publicly or privately criticizing or defaming Anega Bawa Photography, our team, or affiliates for 10 years after signing this agreement. We’re committed to delivering the best possible service!

We may share select images from your session on social media, our website, or for marketing and competitions to showcase our work.

In the rare event of data loss before delivery, we’ll be happy to offer a full refund or reschedule your session. Our liability is limited to the package amount.

Photos and videos are for your personal use, and Anega Bawa Photography retains the copyright.

If you share photos online, please keep our watermark intact and feel free to tag us—we love seeing our work shared!
