EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Find answers to the most common questions about our maternity photoshoots - from booking and wardrobe to deliverables and copyrights.
View Packages & PricingWe are open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays and public holidays. All maternity sessions take place exclusively in our studio.
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 + GST (Rs. 11,800) is required. The remaining balance is due on or before your session day.
Hair and makeup are not included and should be completed before you arrive. Please note that hair and makeup artists are not permitted at the studio.
APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
Booking Your Maternity Session
When is the best time to get a maternity photoshoot done?
We recommend getting your maternity photoshoot done after you have reached 32 weeks of pregnancy, or anytime during your eighth month. The most favourable time for most women is around 33-35 weeks, as your belly size and energy levels are optimal.
For those expecting twins, scheduling the session at around 29 or 30 weeks is ideal.
How early should I book my maternity session?
We recommend reaching out at least 4 to 8 weeks in advance to book your maternity session.
Can my husband or partner join the photoshoot?
Absolutely! We naturally include your husband or partner in the maternity shoot, and there is no additional fee for their inclusion.
If you prefer a solo session, we can certainly arrange that as well.
Can I include my other child or children?
Of course! We are more than happy to have your existing child or children join the session.
Please note that there is an additional charge of ₹4,995 per child per setup. This fee also includes an extra edited photo in your final deliverables.
Can I include my parents, siblings, or friends?
We do not generally recommend including extended family, however you are welcome to do so.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online transactions we accept UPI, bank transfers, Google Pay, and Paytm. We can also send a payment link on request.
For in-studio payments we accept domestic debit and credit cards and cash. We are unable to process international credit or debit cards.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, you may reschedule once, at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment. Last-minute rescheduling is not allowed.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 7 days notice, or 14 days notice if your session falls on a Saturday. Your deposit will be retained as a credit valid for 6 months.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
What if I arrive late for my session?
Please be punctual as our studio operates on a tight schedule. If you anticipate a delay of 10-15 minutes, contact us to check availability. Delays of more than 30 minutes without prior notice may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
We recommend planning for hair and makeup time, travel time including traffic, and aiming to arrive 20 minutes early.
Will I receive a GST invoice?
Yes, we provide a GST invoice with 18% GST. Please note that we issue invoices in the name of an individual for maternity sessions, as they are personal services. Business GST invoices are reserved for commercial shoots only.
Are you available for outdoor or at-home maternity sessions?
Yes, we can provide custom packages for out-of-studio maternity shoots starting from Rs. 2 Lac + GST for Delhi NCR. Please call or WhatsApp us for further information or to discuss your specific requirements.
HAIR & MAKEUP
Hair & Makeup Policy
Hair & makeup are not included in any package and are not offered as a studio service.
Hair & makeup persons are not allowed at the studio. Please arrive with your hair and makeup complete.
Should I use professional hair and makeup artists?
This is a personal choice. We always recommend working with your existing makeup and hair artist for best results on shoot day. Once you book, check with us and we can help you assess what works for you.
Are hair and makeup services available at the studio?
No, we do not offer in-house hair and makeup services. We highly recommend arriving at the studio with your hair and makeup professionally done, as it greatly enhances the quality of your photos.
Can my hair and makeup artist come to the studio?
Hair and makeup persons are not permitted at the studio. Please arrive at the studio already prepared. We kindly ask that you complete all hair and makeup preparations before coming in.
Can you suggest hair and makeup artists?
We do not have specific recommendations, but we encourage you to work with an artist whose portfolio resonates with your personal style. There is an abundance of talented artists and salons across the Gurgaon and Delhi NCR area to choose from.
WARDROBE & OUTFITS
Outfits & Wardrobe
Are outfits available to hire at the studio?
Yes! You can hire outfits from our wardrobe for ₹1,995 per outfit. We offer an extensive selection of dresses, gowns, sheer silks, draping materials, and accessories for your maternity session.
A detailed wardrobe catalogue is provided during the onboarding process. You can also preview our collection in the maternity portfolio.
What jewellery and accessories should I bring?
The choice depends on your outfits. For jewellery, we recommend keeping it simple and elegant, though statement pieces can work if they complement the overall look. We offer a few floral tiaras and hats that can be used if they suit your style. You are welcome to bring your own personal accessories.
What kind of footwear works best for a studio shoot?
Heels: If you are comfortable in heels, opt for a manageable height. Pregnancy can affect balance, so only choose heels you feel confident in. Try them on beforehand as foot size may change during pregnancy.
Flats: Ballet flats or sandals offer a comfortable and stylish alternative in many designs and colours.
Barefoot: Going barefoot creates a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Just ensure your feet are clean and well-groomed.
What should my husband or partner wear?
Your partner's outfit should complement your wardrobe choices. During onboarding, we will provide outfit suggestions including recommendations based on their existing wardrobe. We advise avoiding large or busy prints, neon colours, and logos. Solid or subtly patterned garments in neutral shades work best.
What should my child wear for the session?
The ideal outfit depends on your child's age and gender. Please get in touch during the onboarding process and we will provide styling suggestions that coordinate with the overall style of your shoot.
I want to twin outfits with my daughter - do you have matching options?
That is a lovely idea! While we have outfits for mothers, we do not have children's clothing options. You would need to either find an outfit for your daughter that matches one of ours, or arrange both outfits independently.
DELIVERABLES
Photo Delivery Process
Step 01
Photo Selection
Within 10 days you receive 30+ low-resolution, watermarked preview photos per look for browsing and selection.
Step 02
Send Your List
Submit your selection for editing within 24 hours. If we do not receive your list within 30 days, edited photos can no longer be provided.
Step 03
Final Edited Photos
Delivered within 4 weeks at high resolution (3000px @ 300dpi) with a small artist signature watermark. Watermark-free versions available on request from 12 weeks after delivery - allow 4 weeks once requested. Not available after 8 months from your shoot date.
What resolution are the delivered photos?
Final edited photos are delivered in high resolution with the largest side measuring 3000px at 300dpi. This ensures excellent quality for large prints and any purpose requiring high detail.
What does largest side 3000px at 300dpi mean?
The longest dimension of your photo measures 3000 pixels, at a resolution of 300 dots per inch - the standard for high-quality printing. This combination provides clarity and sharpness in both digital and print formats.
Are raw or unedited photos provided?
We do not provide raw files or unedited photos. All delivered photos are professionally edited and finished with our signature editing style.
How do I select photos for editing?
You can share screenshots with file numbers directly via WhatsApp with your account manager, or create a favourites list within the online gallery.
How will photos be delivered?
All photos are delivered digitally via an online gallery for easy access and download. Your gallery will be available for 1 year. We strongly recommend downloading and securely backing up your photos within this period.
Will there be watermarks on the photos?
Edited photos include a small artist signature watermark, discreetly placed away from the main subject.
Watermark-free edited photos are available on request only and are not automatically delivered. You may request them from 12 weeks after your initial edited photo delivery. Once your request is received, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery.
Please note that watermark-free photos cannot be provided if requested more than 8 months after your shoot date. To request, send us a specific email after the 12-week period has passed.
Can I get video clips or a reel from my session?
Yes! Video add-ons can be purchased separately for your session.
Video clips only - ₹7,995 per look: You receive 3-4 short, unedited clips of approximately 10-20 seconds each. These are raw, uncut moments with no music or artistic editing - simply the scene as it happened.
Video clips + reel - ₹19,995 per look: You receive the same 3-4 unedited clips plus 1 finished reel edited to the song of your choice, with cuts and colour grading. Delivered as a single final edit with no revisions.
The key difference: clips are raw footage; a reel is a finished, music-backed edit ready for sharing.
EDITING STYLE
Our Editing Approach
What is your approach to editing maternity photos?
Our approach enhances the overall quality of your photos while preserving their natural beauty. We focus on colour correction, basic background clean-up, straightening, hair flyaway management, skin smoothing, and light body shaping.
We do not cover extensive alterations such as changing clothing or nail colours, head swaps, tattoo removal, or major body reshaping. Our goal is a beautiful and authentic representation of you.
Can I request changes or revisions after receiving the photos?
Once the final images are delivered, we do not offer revisions or changes as part of our service. We strive to ensure the edited photos meet our high standards of quality before delivery.
Can I provide specific editing instructions?
We do not offer the option for clients to provide specific editing instructions. We follow a consistent editing process to maintain the quality and style of our work. Rest assured that great care goes into every image.
Can I request specific filters or styles?
We do not use predefined filters. All photos are hand-edited using advanced software to produce consistent, high-quality results. Each image requires human artistic skill to achieve our signature look.
How long does the editing process take?
Our typical turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks from when we receive your selection. The exact timeline may vary based on how busy we are around your session date.
Do you provide black and white versions?
Yes! As part of our standard process, we provide black and white versions of your edited photos alongside the colour versions. You will receive both, allowing you to choose the style that best captures your memories.
COPYRIGHTS & SHARING
Photo Rights & Privacy
Will you share our photos on social media or in your portfolio?
Yes, we typically showcase photos from sessions in our portfolio and on social media. This is an essential way to highlight our work and helps potential clients see our style and quality.
If you prefer your photos not to be shared, we offer a privacy add-on service.
Can I ask for a delay in sharing until after my baby is born?
Absolutely. We can accommodate your request to postpone sharing your photos until after you have welcomed your new arrival. Your comfort and preferences are our top priority.
Is a privacy add-on available?
Yes, we offer a privacy add-on for an additional fee of Rs. 19,995 + GST per shoot. This ensures your photos remain private and are not shared publicly.
Please note that this add-on requires prior approval from us at the time of booking, as we typically do not offer private shoots for brand-new setups or completely new styles.
Can I prevent specific photos from being published?
Yes, if you prefer that certain photos are not shared, we highly recommend selecting our privacy add-on. We value your privacy and are dedicated to accommodating your preferences.
Can I use the photos for commercial purposes?
Our photography is designed for personal use. Commercial use - including advertising on billboards, business communications, and exhibitions - is restricted under our standard terms.
If you wish for your makeup artist, wardrobe maker, or designer to share photos on their social media, they may do so provided they tag our photography service and provide proper photo credit. Permission from us is required before sharing.
Who holds the copyright to the photographs?
Under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act of 1957, as amended), the photographer holds the copyright. We retain copyright ownership of all images we capture and grant our clients the right to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

STUDIO STANDARDS
Sanitation & Hygiene
Cleanliness
The studio is regularly disinfected using safe products. Harsh chemicals and strong odours are avoided to ensure comfort for mothers and babies.
Hand Hygiene
Staff and clients are encouraged to sanitise hands upon entering. Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the studio.
Props & Fabrics
Props and equipment are regularly cleaned and sanitised. Fabrics and blankets are washed with hypoallergenic detergents before and after each use.
Air Quality
The studio maintains proper ventilation with fresh air circulation. Air purifiers are used to maintain a healthy AQI for your comfort.
Staff Health
Staff adhere to strict personal hygiene practices. Those with contagious illnesses or symptoms are required to stay home.
